Is giving you friend a second chance different than giving a boyfriend or girlfriend a second chance? Honestly why would you give people second chances they fucked up once why give them another chance to fuck you again. I don’t get why people give friends or bf/gf a second chance when you know they will hurt you again eventually. I don’t mean to be a Debby downer but i mean giving someone a second chance in your life is basically saying they can fuck up and it doesn’t matter because you will just forgive them. I try not to give people second chances and it is hard because you love them or they have been with you forever but if they hurt you are they really worth having in your life. I’ve given too many people in my life (mainly boyfriends) a second chance and they never work out. So is giving them the chance to hurt you again really worth having them back in you life for a short or long period of time? If they really loved and cared about you they wouldn’t have hurt you in the first place and they wouldn’t need a second chance. I know people say life is too short to hold a grudge but i think i would rather hold a grudge with a couple people then letting them keep going back into my life and hurting me. There are millions of opinions on life and it just makes it so much more confusing. I honestly can go back and forth with myself about life and i hope one day i meet one person who can debate about this stuff instead of being a loser and arguing to myself lol
so ive been having really deep conversations with friends and we cant understand why life must get harder instead of easier? i miss being little i miss when all you worried about was getting cooties from a girl or guy, or when stealing a crayon was a big crime. now you got to deal with guys or girls breaking your heart and people stealing/killing others. why cant life be simple like when we were 5? why must getting older get harder? to me the older you get the more expectations you have and the harder it is to like life. we are all expected to be a certain way and if we aren’t it is considered weird why cant people be/look/act the way they want without being judged. i cant say much about not judging people cuz we all do it even when we don’t realize it, but i wish people could just be however they want to be without worrying if someone will look at them funny. and some people have the guts and can do that but most people have their insecurities and worry about every little thing, it kills me knowing that our future generation will have more pressure on them to be perfect. man life just sucks and i wish there was a way to make it all better but you would have to redo years and years of history to make life now easier
